Fan O-Chen, a sales representative at Yung Ta Insurance Brokers, likes to approach people who are alone at exhibition venues and ask them to fill out questionnaires, using the opportunity to invite them for a policy review. During conversations, they are unwilling to listen to other people's thoughts and instead presumptuously verbally insult the other person. What a joke—who cares how long you've been employed? When the other person did not mean anything by it, they went ahead and picked a fight, lecturing the customer with their own way of thinking and only caring about making themselves feel good. Is this how your mother raised you? You have problems with emotional management, or does the company simply not provide training and only know how to brainwash customers? Pressure to meet sales targets is your problem. I've never seen such an arrogant sales representative.
