達新工業股份有限公司
Pros

1. You can really eat three meals for ten dollars, so if you want to save money, go for it.

I’ve already tried very hard to come up with one advantage.

Cons

1. Young people should consider this carefully. If you hope to have opportunities for development and advance in the future, this company is not recommended (especially for women). Gender discrimination is fairly serious, with a preference for men over women. Some senior managers occupy their positions, spend all day wandering around with nothing to do, chatting about gossip, and waiting to collect their paychecks instead of retiring.

2. People with their own ideas are not a good fit because the company is closed-minded and traditional. Many people like to spread idle gossip and even invent stories out of thin air, then pass them around the company. As long as you might have said even one sentence to someone of the opposite sex, people can twist it into something inappropriate. In short, try not to make friends or interact with the opposite sex at work; otherwise, you may become the main character in the gossip.

3. Regardless of the department, senior employees like to bully newcomers. They make those below them take the blame, and when faced with unfairness, they expect young people to swallow it and endure it. If you speak up for yourself and stand up for your rights, they will also tell you not to make a big deal out of it and hope you will just let the matter pass.

4. I’ve heard that some senior employees in certain departments also make sarcastic remarks behind people’s backs. They find everything young people say and do irritating, like to make unwarranted comments, or recklessly spread rumors about them. All I can say is that certain departments cannot retain young employees yet refuse to reflect on themselves; they even privately bring up and criticize young people who have already resigned.

5. There are many unspoken rules. The company constantly expects young people to follow old traditions and do things the way they have always been done. The company has no prospects and cannot progress. Long-serving employees refuse to retire and hold on to power despite lacking ability. It is a completely uncompetitive company.

Conclusion: If you want to work here, just be a good, obedient employee. Don’t get too close to too many people; otherwise, with so many mouths talking, people can make the dead sound alive. The company atmosphere is terrible and closed-off, promotions are slow, pay raises are slow, the thinking is outdated, and there is no future.
