The person conducting the interview was Huang XX. Before the interview, they made everything sound incredibly impressive... They were completely brainwashed by competitors, constantly telling me to imitate Xiaohongshu and Douyin videos... They themselves clearly did not understand marketing. During the interview, they described the job one way, but once I actually started working, the reality was completely different. The official website’s backend uses Squarespace, but they did not mention that at first, and no one provided any handover or training after I started. I had to figure it out myself. They said I would be taking photos, but the company did not even have a camera—only a few broken shadowless lights. They taught me to take photos with a phone. The only thing they kept saying was, “I know there are many problems, but people who can solve problems are more important.” It was really frustrating. The company was fundamentally lacking the necessary hardware from the start, yet they expected someone to come in and solve those inherent deficiencies. Ridiculous. They only told people to keep imitating the layouts of CCD and other design companies. In practice, it was simply impossible to apply them across different platforms... Ridiculous—they could only take the stiff, lifeless photos from other design companies and somehow try to turn them into videos... Absolutely ridiculous.
