The interviewer was 黃XX. Before the interview, they made everything sound incredibly impressive... They were completely brainwashed by competitors and kept pushing us to imitate Xiaohongshu and Douyin videos... They themselves had no clear understanding of marketing. During the interview, they described one set of responsibilities, but once I actually started work, the reality was completely different. The official website’s backend used Squarespace, which they didn’t mention at first, and there was no one to hand things over when I started. I had to figure everything out myself. They said the job involved photography, but the company didn’t even have a camera. There were only a few broken light boxes. They taught me to take photos with a phone. The only thing they kept saying was, "I know there are many problems, but people who can solve problems are more important." It was really ridiculous. The company was inherently lacking in hardware and expected someone to come in and solve those inherent deficiencies for them. Absurd. They only knew how to tell people to keep imitating the layouts of CCD and other design companies. In practice, it was fundamentally impossible to apply them across various platforms... Ridiculously, they could only take the stiff, lifeless photos from other design companies and try to turn them into videos... Utterly absurd.
