The person conducting the interview was Huang XX. Before the interview, they made everything sound incredibly impressive... Their mind seemed full of ideas imposed by competitors, constantly telling people to imitate Xiaohongshu and Douyin videos... They themselves clearly didn't understand marketing. During the interview, they described the job one way, but once I actually started working, it turned out to be completely different. The website backend uses Squarespace, which they didn't mention at first, and when I started working, no one provided any handover. I had to figure everything out myself. They said there would be photography, but the company didn't even have a camera—only a few broken ring lights. They taught me to take photos with a phone. The only thing they kept saying was, "I know there are many problems, but people who can solve problems are more important." It's ridiculous. The company's hardware conditions were fundamentally inadequate from the start, yet they expected someone to come in and solve those inherent deficiencies for them. What a joke. They only kept telling people to imitate CCD and other design companies' layouts. In practice, it was impossible to use them across various platforms... Ridiculously, they could only take the stiff, lifeless photos from other design companies and try to turn them into videos... Absolutely absurd.
