During the interview stage, I honestly told them that I had never studied it before, and HR also said directly that it was fine because they have a training program for newcomers.
It takes approximately three months to half a year to go from a beginner to being comfortable with the work, and within about a year, you can independently and proficiently serve customers.
It is recommended that you learn to chat more and interact with regular customers as friends, which will be a great help with sales later on.
The interactions and relationships among colleagues are pretty good, and everyone is quite willing to share. Outside of work, someone occasionally brings snacks. There is also a lunch and afternoon-tea allowance, and everyone makes plans to go out for a big meal together.
This depends more on whether you get along well with your colleagues. For those who intend to stay for the long term, it can be very helpful for their future career.
When it gets busy, it is truly busy—the kind of busy that makes you question your life (though some people find it fulfilling).
Taking time off on short notice is also quite flexible; you just need to arrange the schedule and discuss it in advance.
However, it still mainly depends on the number of customer appointments each month.
