The job opening you find is different from the one sent to you by the job bank, and the job duties can also be completely different—it all depends on the interviewer’s mood.
As the boss, they can say things like, “We only need to hire someone who has just graduated from university; there’s no need to hire a professional.” The interview time keeps being changed according to their schedule. Also, if the interview was arranged for the afternoon, is it really reasonable to tell you just before noon on the day that you can come after noon?
They constantly use their own viewpoints to belittle the candidate’s abilities. Even though the position being interviewed for was an administrative clerical role, they said that you couldn’t shoot videos. This company’s culture is truly peculiar.
They have an inflated sense of self, believing that the brand is very prestigious, and produce a large, bulky quarterly magazine. But now that e-books are everywhere, who still reads newspapers with you? As mentioned above, just hire someone who has recently graduated from university to make e-books for you—cheap and useful.
