This company is actually a family business. The management consists entirely of the boss’s children, and the intention was for the second generation to take over. Unfortunately, they couldn’t, so older outsiders were brought in instead, resulting in an abundance of relatives and favorites in the company.

There are also many colleagues who look down their noses at others and ignore people. They won’t even say a word to you, and they’re the type to roll their eyes when they see someone. There are countless two-faced drama queens who put on an act every day—one way to your face and another behind your back. They form cliques, spread endless gossip, complain nonstop, and constantly criticize newcomers. Today they secretly say that one person is strange and another is odd; every new colleague has to be judged. Only the clique members stay there forever, secretly spreading rumors and driving others away. That’s probably how they managed to become long-timers of seven or eight years.

With all this going on, the turnover rate is extremely high. On average, someone leaves and someone else arrives every three days. HR’s performance must be excellent—well, obviously, since they’re constantly sending people off and welcoming new ones. They’re constantly opening new positions, and some vacancies remain posted forever. Do you know why? It’s not simply because 104 leaves them posted just because it can. They really do interview and hire people, but normal people realize within three days of starting that the company is seriously abnormal and immediately run away. So the vacancies don’t need to be closed, because normal people will never stay for more than a week. If they stay longer than a week, they gradually become abnormal too, falling into self-doubt and inner conflict. In the end, they’ll still leave—it just means wasting another two months. Oh, right, I forgot to mention that the working environment is terrible, the colleagues’ attitudes are awful, and the managers are full of all kinds of problems.
