The job responsibilities described in the interview differ greatly from the actual ones, especially regarding staffing… well.
It’s best to bring your own laptop. Decide whether this work arrangement is acceptable to you before applying for the subsidy.
The company’s computer subsidy is 36,000, paid to you in installments. It shifts the costs the company should bear onto you and can also tie you to the company: if you leave early, you will have to bear these costs.
