I genuinely want to warn people away from coming here. You can't choose your own department, and if the department is bad, everything about it is bad. The long-serving section manager acts like they're the boss. There's also a self-important administrative clerk who thinks she's the section manager's wife, so she talks very loudly. She targets people rather than dealing with issues, and spends all day painting rosy pictures. Those in favor are treated like babies; those out of favor are treated like crap.
