Honestly, I’d discourage anyone from coming here. You can’t choose your own department, and if the department is bad, everything about it is bad. The long-serving section manager acts like the boss. There’s also a self-important administrative clerk who thinks she’s the section manager’s wife, so she talks very loudly. She targets people instead of addressing issues and spends all day painting rosy pictures. Those who are favored are treated like babies; those who aren’t favored are treated like shit.
