Super stable.

I genuinely discourage anyone from coming here. You can't choose your own unit; if the unit is bad, the whole place is bad. The long-serving section chief acts like they're the boss. There's also a self-important administrative clerk who thinks she's the section chief's wife, so she speaks very loudly. She targets people rather than addressing issues, and spends all day making empty promises. Those in favor are treated like babies; those out of favor are treated like shit.
