I genuinely advise people not to come. You can't choose your own unit; if the unit is lousy, everything about it is lousy. The perpetually tenured section chief acts just like the boss. There's also a self-important administrative assistant who thinks she's the section chief's wife, so she talks very loudly. She targets people rather than dealing with the issues, and spends all day painting grandiose promises. Those in favor are treated like babies; those out of favor are treated like shit.
