Super stable.

I genuinely advise people against joining. You can't choose your own department; a bad department is just bad all around. The long-serving section chief acts like they're the boss. There's also a self-important administrative assistant who thinks she's the section chief's wife, so she speaks very loudly. She targets people instead of issues and spends all day painting rosy pictures. Favorites are treated like babies, while those out of favor are treated like crap.
