Honestly, I’d strongly discourage anyone from coming here. You can’t choose your own department, and a bad department is bad in every way. The longtime section chief acts like they’re the boss. There’s also a conceited administrative assistant who thinks she’s the section chief’s wife, so she talks extremely loudly. She targets people rather than addressing issues and spends all day painting unrealistic pictures. Those who are favored are treated like babies; those who aren’t favored are treated like shit.
