I genuinely want to discourage anyone from coming here. You can't choose your own unit, and if the unit is bad, everything about it is bad. The longtime section chief acts like the boss. There's also a self-important administrative assistant who thinks she's the section chief's wife, so she speaks very loudly. She targets people rather than addressing issues and spends all day painting rosy pictures. Those in favor are treated like babies; those out of favor are treated like shit.
