Super stable, that kind of place.

I genuinely want to discourage anyone from coming here. You can’t choose your own unit, and if the unit is bad, everything about it is bad. The long-serving section chief acts like the boss. There’s also a self-important administrative clerk who thinks she’s the section chief’s wife and talks very loudly. She targets people rather than addressing the issues, and spends all day painting rosy pictures. Those who are favored are treated like babies; those who aren’t favored are treated like shit.
