Honestly, I’d discourage anyone from coming here. You can’t choose your own unit, and if the unit is bad, everything about it is bad. The perpetually long-serving section chief acts like they’re the boss. There’s also a self-important administrative lady who thinks she’s the section chief’s wife, so she talks very loudly. She targets people instead of addressing issues, and spends all day painting grand pictures. Those who are favored are treated like babies; those who aren’t favored are treated like garbage.
