Super stable.

I genuinely discourage anyone from coming here. You can't choose your own department, and if the department is bad, everything about it is bad. The long-serving section manager acts like the boss. There's also a self-important administrative assistant who thinks she's the section manager's wife, so she talks very loudly. She targets people rather than addressing issues and makes empty promises all day. The favorites are treated like babies, while those who aren't favored are treated like crap.
