I genuinely want to discourage anyone from coming here. You can't choose your own department, and a bad department is just bad overall. The section chief has been here forever and acts like the boss. There's also a self-important administrative assistant who thinks she's the section chief's wife, so she talks very loudly. She targets people rather than addressing issues, and spends all day painting rosy pictures. Those in favor are treated like babies; those out of favor are treated like shit.
