I genuinely urge people not to come. You can’t choose your own unit; if it’s a bad unit, everything about it is bad. The long-serving section chief acts like they’re the boss. There’s also a self-important administrative assistant who thinks she’s the section chief’s wife, so she talks very loudly. She targets people instead of dealing with the issues, and spends all day painting grand pictures. Those in favor are treated like babies; those out of favor are treated like shit.
