I honestly want to discourage anyone from coming here. You can’t choose your own department, and if the department is bad, everything about it is bad. The department manager has been there forever and acts like the boss. There’s also a self-important administrative assistant who thinks that, because she’s the department manager’s wife, she can speak as loudly as she wants. She targets people rather than addressing issues and spends all day making empty promises. Those in favor are treated like babies; those who aren’t are treated like crap.
