Super stable, that kind of place.

I genuinely want to discourage anyone from coming here. You can’t choose your own unit, and if the unit is bad, everything about it is bad. The department manager has been there forever and acts like the boss. There’s also a self-important administrative assistant who thinks she’s the department manager’s wife, so she talks very loudly. She targets people instead of dealing with the issues, and is constantly making grand promises. Those who are favored are treated like babies; those who aren’t are treated like shit.
