I genuinely want to discourage anyone from coming here. You can't choose your own department, and if the department is bad, everything about it is bad. The longtime section chief acts like they're the boss. There's also a self-important administrative assistant who thinks she's the section chief's wife, so she talks very loudly. She targets people rather than addressing issues, and spends all day making empty promises. Those who are favored are treated like babies; those who aren't are treated like shit.
