Everyone was quite friendly when I joined. They would show concern for one another, greet each other, and most people seemed to be doing quite well.
Three days after I joined, I was suddenly told that the company was changing my position. The boss said that the department didn’t need another assistant and kept apologizing, saying that I had learned quickly and was working steadily, and that they were also helpless about the company’s sudden decision. Then they gave me an involuntary termination. I wasted 1,250 on a medical examination required for joining, which felt awful. Shouldn’t recruiters get the boss’s approval before hiring someone? Moreover, on my second day, I heard the boss arranging another interview. This really is a landmine of a company ^_^
