Workplace reviews and discussion: 佳陞水產股份有限公司

When I started, everyone was quite friendly. They showed concern for one another, greeted each other, and it seemed like most people appeared to be eating well.

Three days after I started, I was suddenly told that the company was changing my position. The boss said that the department did not need another assistant and kept apologizing to me, saying that I had learned quickly and was performing steadily, but that they were also helpless about the company suddenly making this change. They then gave me an involuntary termination. I wasted NT$1,250 on a medical examination for the job, which felt awful. Shouldn't recruiters get the boss's approval before hiring someone? Also, on my second day, I heard him arrange an interview. This really is a landmine of a company ^_^
