Workplace reviews and discussion: 佳陞水產股份有限公司

When I started, everyone was quite friendly. They showed concern for one another, greeted each other, and it seemed like most people looked well-fed.

Three days after I started, I was suddenly told that the company was changing my position. The boss said that the department did not need an additional assistant and kept apologizing to me, saying that I had learned quickly and was working steadily. They said they were also helpless about the company’s sudden decision, and then gave me an involuntary termination. I wasted 1,250 on a medical examination required for starting the job, which felt awful. Shouldn’t recruiters get the boss’s approval before hiring someone? Also, on my second day, I heard the boss arranging another interview. This really is a minefield of a company ^_^
