Workplace reviews and discussion: 佳陞水產股份有限公司

Everyone was quite friendly when I started. They would show concern for one another, greet each other, and most people seemed to be doing quite well.

Three days after I started, they suddenly told me that the company was changing my position. The boss said that the department did not need another assistant and kept apologizing to me, saying that I had learned quickly and was very stable, but that they were also helpless about the company’s sudden decision. They then gave me an involuntary termination. I wasted NT$1,250 on a medical examination for the job, which felt terrible. Shouldn’t recruiters get the boss’s approval before hiring someone? Also, on my second day, I heard him arranging an interview. This really is a landmine of a company ^_^
