When I first joined, everyone was quite friendly. They showed concern for one another, greeted each other, and most people seemed to be doing pretty well.
Three days after I started, I was suddenly told that my position was being reassigned. The boss said that the department didn’t need another assistant and kept apologizing, saying that I had learned the work well and was stable, but that they were also helpless about the company’s sudden decision. They then issued me an involuntary separation. I wasted 1,250 on a medical examination for the job, which felt terrible. Shouldn’t recruiters get the boss’s approval before hiring someone? Also, on my second day, I heard him arranging another interview. It really is a landmine of a company ^_^
