When I started, everyone was quite friendly. They showed concern for one another, greeted each other, and most people seemed to be doing pretty well.
Three days after I started, they suddenly told me that my position was being changed. The boss said that the department did not need another assistant and kept apologizing to me, saying that I had learned quickly and was performing steadily, but that the company was helpless in this situation. They then gave me an involuntary termination. I wasted 1,250 on a medical examination required for starting the job, which made me feel terrible. Aren’t recruiters supposed to hire only after getting the boss’s approval? What’s more, on my second day I heard him arranging an interview. This really is a company to avoid ^_^
