Everyone was quite friendly when I started. They would ask how I was doing, greet one another, and generally seemed to be eating well.
Three days after I started, they suddenly said that the company was changing my position. The boss said that the department did not need another assistant and kept apologizing to me, saying that I had learned the work well and was very stable, but that they were helpless about the company’s sudden decision. Then they gave me an involuntary termination. I wasted 1,250 on a medical examination required for starting the job, which felt terrible. Shouldn’t recruiters obtain the boss’s approval before hiring someone? Moreover, on my second day, I heard them arranging another interview. This really is a minefield of a company.
