When I joined, everyone was quite friendly. They showed concern for me, greeted one another, and most people seemed to be doing well.
Three days after I joined, I was suddenly told that the company was changing my position. The boss said that the department did not need another assistant and kept apologizing to me, saying that I had learned the work well and was very stable, but that they were also helpless about the company suddenly doing this. They then terminated me involuntarily. I wasted 1,250 on a medical examination for the job, which left me feeling terrible. Shouldn’t recruiters obtain the boss’s approval before hiring someone? Moreover, on my second day, I heard the boss arranging another interview. This really is a terrible company.
