When I started, everyone was quite friendly. They asked how I was doing, greeted one another, and most people seemed to be doing quite well.
Three days after I started, they suddenly told me that my position was being reassigned. The boss said that the department did not need another assistant and kept apologizing to me, saying that I was learning well and was very stable, but that they were also helpless about the company’s sudden decision. They then gave me an involuntary termination. I wasted 1,250 on a medical examination for the job, which felt terrible. Shouldn’t recruiters obtain the boss’s approval before hiring? Also, on my second day, I heard the boss arranging another interview. This really is a company to avoid.
