When I started, everyone was quite friendly. They would ask how I was doing, greet each other, and most people seemed to be doing quite well.
Three days after I started, I was suddenly told that the company was changing my position. The boss said that the department did not need another assistant and kept apologizing to me, saying that I had learned quickly and was working steadily, but that they were also helpless about the company suddenly doing this. They then terminated me involuntarily. I wasted 1,250 on a medical examination for the job, which made me feel terrible. Aren’t recruiters supposed to hire only after getting the boss’s approval? What’s more, on my second day, I heard the boss arranging another interview. This really is a landmine of a company.
