The security guard was nice, and the manager who conducted the first-round interview was nice.

The interview location was not the head office, but a module factory less than five minutes away. Compared with the head office, the environment was quite poor, like an old factory. There was only one employee in the office on the first floor, and the desks, chairs, and cabinets all looked very old⋯

The interview office (which didn’t really look like an office) was simply a space with desks and chairs in it—very basic.

The manager who conducted the first-round interview was friendly and explained the job responsibilities very clearly, so I had a good impression.

The manager in the second round seemed to be a senior manager. This person kept me waiting for about 20 minutes, and there happened to be a meeting in the office at the time, so the interview was conducted at a table and chairs in a corner beside the main entrance on the first floor. Other employees were nearby, which was really awkward⋯ This manager tended to go on and on. The main point was that this was a new team being established, and no one would guide you because everyone was very busy. After joining, you would need to be independent and self-motivated, teach yourself, find out what everyone was doing, and observe, ask, and learn as much as possible—but whether anyone would answer you was uncertain. At the end, the manager let me ask questions, but when I asked about one thing, they kept talking about something else????

In short, think it over carefully.
