The security guard was nice, and the manager who conducted the first-round interview was nice.
The interview location was not the headquarters, but a module factory less than five minutes away. By comparison, the environment was much worse, like an old factory. There was only one employee in the office on the first floor, and the desks, chairs, and cabinets all looked very old⋯
The interview office (which did not really feel like an office) was simply a space with desks and chairs in it—very basic.
The manager who conducted the first-round interview was friendly and explained the job responsibilities very clearly, so I had a very good impression.
The second-round interviewer seemed to be a senior manager. This person kept me waiting for about 20 minutes, and there happened to be a meeting in the office at the time, so the interview was conducted at a table and chairs in a corner beside the main entrance on the first floor. There were other employees nearby as well, which was really quite awkward⋯ This manager tended to talk on and on. The main point was that this was a new team that needed to be established, and no one would train you because everyone was very busy. After joining, you were expected to be independent and teach yourself, figure out what everyone was doing, and observe, ask questions, and learn as much as possible—but whether anyone would answer you was another matter. At the end, the manager let me ask questions, but when I asked about one thing, they continued talking about something else????
Overall, think it over carefully.
