An update on today’s interview experience. The position is in administrative and general affairs. A week before the interview, HR first makes a brief phone inquiry. Afterwards, they email the résumé form for you to fill out at home and send back. You also need to download an app to take an aptitude test. None of these steps takes too long. On the day of the interview, you first fill out around seven simple questions. They are not complicated and can be completed in about 15 minutes. After that, the supervisor conducts the interview.
During the interview, the supervisor asks questions based on the résumé and also gives the interviewee ample opportunity to express themselves without arbitrarily interrupting. Overall, the position, systems, and benefits were all discussed. The interview experience was fairly pleasant and was not nearly as frightening as described previously. It may also be because the interviewer and HR representative were different from before.
