1. The supervisor likes to scold people based on their mood.
2. The supervisor does not respect employees’ time off and frequently sends messages in group chats and tags subordinates on holidays. Work is distributed unevenly, and employees are forcefully required to complete it within unreasonable timeframes. If you ask for more time to finish the work, you will be accused of resisting management’s wishes. You may even need to work overtime at the company until 11 p.m. A truly frightening workplace culture.
3. The supervisor clearly makes a mistake, misunderstands others, and harshly berates and questions subordinates in the group chat. After realizing the mistake, the supervisor does not apologize or say a word.
Unless you are extremely short of money or completely unable to find a job, I recommend not coming to this company and making yourself suffer.
