1. The supervisor likes to berate people depending on their mood.
2. The supervisor does not respect employees’ time off, frequently sending messages in group chats and tagging subordinates on holidays. Work is distributed unevenly, and employees are forcefully required to complete it within unreasonable deadlines. Even expressing a wish for more time to work is criticized as resisting management’s intentions. Employees may even need to work overtime at the company until 11 p.m. A truly terrifying workplace culture.
3. The supervisor clearly makes mistakes, misunderstands others, and publicly berates and questions subordinates in group chats. After discovering the mistake, the supervisor does not apologize or say a word.
Unless you are extremely short of money or completely unable to find a job, I recommend not coming to this company to suffer unnecessarily.
