1. The manager likes to yell at people based on their mood.
2. The manager does not respect employees’ time after work, frequently sending messages in group chats and tagging subordinates on days off. Work is distributed unevenly, and employees are forcefully required to complete it within unreasonable time frames. Even expressing a desire for more time to work is criticized as resisting management’s wishes. Employees may even need to work overtime at the company until 11 p.m. A truly frightening workplace culture.
3. The manager clearly makes mistakes, misunderstands others, and angrily berates and questions subordinates in group chats. After discovering the mistake, the manager does not apologize and remains silent.
Unless you are extremely short of money or completely unable to find another job, I recommend not coming to this company to suffer unnecessarily.
