1. The supervisor likes to berate people based on their mood.
2. The supervisor does not respect employees’ time after work, frequently sending messages in group chats and tagging subordinates on holidays. Work is distributed unevenly, and employees are forcefully required to complete it within unreasonable timeframes. Even expressing a希望 for more time to complete the work is criticized as resisting the higher-ups’ instructions. Employees may even need to work overtime at the company until 11 p.m. A truly frightening workplace culture.
3. The supervisor clearly makes mistakes, misunderstands others, and harshly berates and questions subordinates in group chats. Even after discovering the mistake, the supervisor does not apologize and remains silent.
Unless you are extremely short of money or completely unable to find a job, I recommend not coming to this company to suffer needlessly.
