1. The manager likes to berate people depending on their mood.
2. The manager does not respect employees’ time off, frequently sending messages in group chats and tagging subordinates on holidays. Work is distributed unevenly, and employees are forcefully required to complete it within unreasonable time limits. Even expressing a hope for more time to work is met with accusations of resisting management’s wishes. Employees may even need to work overtime at the company until 11 p.m. A truly frightening workplace culture.
3. The manager clearly makes mistakes, misunderstands others, and harshly berates and questions subordinates in group chats. Even after realizing the mistake, the manager does not apologize and remains silent.
Unless you are extremely short of money or completely unable to find a job, I recommend not coming to this company and making yourself suffer.
