Pros: There are practically none. If I had to say something, the colleagues are pretty nice.

Cons: There are tons of them—far too many to list. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative employer: makes grand promises, uses emotional manipulation, requires overtime without paying overtime wages, and pays only 1,463, which is the awful minimum wage stipulated by the Labor Bureau. The work is exhausting, the pay is low, and the boss is unpleasant. All day long, the boss just pretends to be familiar with you and keeps putting themself on a pedestal.
