Pros? There are practically none. If I had to say something, the coworkers are pretty nice.

There are tons of cons—way too many, an overwhelming number. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative boss: makes empty promises, uses emotional manipulation, requires overtime without paying overtime wages, and pays only 1,463—the absolute minimum wage stipulated by the Labor Bureau—which is terrible. The work is exhausting, the pay is low, and the boss is awful. All day long, the boss only pretends to be familiar with you and constantly puts themself on a pedestal.
