Pros? There are practically none. If I had to say something, the colleagues are pretty nice.

There are tons of downsides—so many it’s explosive. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative employer: making empty promises, using emotional manipulation, requiring overtime without paying overtime wages, and paying only 1,463—the legal minimum wage set by the Labor Bureau—which is awful. The work is exhausting, the pay is low, and the boss is terrible. All day long, the boss just pretends to be familiar with you and keeps putting themself on a pedestal.
