Pros? There are practically none. If I had to say something, the colleagues are pretty nice.

There are tons of cons—so many it’s ridiculous. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative boss: making empty promises, using emotional manipulation, requiring overtime without paying overtime wages, and paying only 1,463, the rock-bottom minimum wage set by the labor bureau. The work is exhausting, the pay is low, and the boss is awful. The boss spends all day pretending to be familiar with you and constantly putting himself on a pedestal.
