Pros? There are almost none. If I really had to say something, the coworkers are pretty nice.

There are tons of cons—way too many, an absolute explosion of them. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative employer: makes empty promises, uses emotional manipulation, requires unpaid overtime, and pays only 1,463—the absolute bare minimum according to the labor bureau’s regulations. The work is exhausting, the pay is low, and the boss is awful. The boss spends all day pretending to be familiar with you and putting themself on a pedestal.
