Pros? There are practically none. If I really had to say something, the coworkers are pretty nice.

There are tons of cons—way too many, an overwhelming number. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative employer: making empty promises, emotionally manipulating employees, requiring overtime without paying overtime wages, and paying only 1,463—the absolute minimum wage stipulated by the Labor Bureau—which is terrible. The work is tiring, the pay is low, the boss is awful, and all day long the boss does nothing but pretend to be familiar with you and keep hyping themself up.
