Pros? There are practically none. If I really had to say something, the coworkers are pretty nice.

There are tons of drawbacks—so many they’re practically exploding. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative boss: making grand promises, using emotional manipulation, requiring overtime without paying overtime wages, and paying only 1,463—the absolute minimum wage required by the labor bureau—which is terrible. The work is exhausting, the pay is low, and the boss is awful. The boss spends all day pretending to be familiar with you and constantly putting himself on a pedestal.
