Pros? There are practically none. If I had to say something, the coworkers are pretty nice.

There are tons of drawbacks—so many they’re overwhelming. Why? The boss is a typical exploitative employer: making empty promises, using emotional blackmail, requiring overtime without paying overtime wages, and paying only 1,463 as a terrible salary based on the minimum wage stipulated by the labor bureau. The work is exhausting, the pay is low, and the boss is unpleasant. The boss spends all day pretending to be familiar with you and constantly putting himself on a pedestal.
